Cookie Policy

A clear explanation of the cookies LaraSignal uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

Effective: July 30, 2026 · Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. They help websites remember sessions, protect accounts, retain choices, and understand how features are used. Some are set by LaraSignal (“first-party”), while approved service providers may set others (“third-party”).

2. Cookies we use

CategoryPurposeChoice
EssentialAuthentication, session continuity, CSRF protection, load balancing, fraud prevention, and cookie-consent records.Always active
PreferencesRemember settings such as interface choices, region, and dismissed notices.Optional
AnalyticsMeasure visits, navigation, performance, and feature adoption so we can improve our websites and Service.Optional

3. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required to deliver features you request and secure your account. This includes maintaining a signed-in session, routing requests, preventing cross-site request forgery, detecting suspicious access, and recording your privacy choices. They cannot be disabled through our preference controls because the Service may not function safely without them, but you can block them in your browser and accept that some features will stop working.

4. Analytics and preference cookies

Where required by law, we set analytics and preference cookies only after you consent. Analytics results are used to understand aggregate patterns rather than to build advertising profiles. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Third-party analytics providers process identifiers and usage information under contract and according to their own privacy notices.

5. Your choices

  • Use the “Cookie preferences” control presented on our website to accept or reject optional categories and change your selection at any time.
  • Configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Browser controls differ and may need to be set on each device.
  • Enable supported privacy signals. Where legally required, we honor recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
  • Contact us if you cannot access the preference control or need an accessible alternative.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Removing cookies may cause the consent prompt to reappear.

6. Duration

Session cookies expire when you close your browser or sign out. Persistent cookies remain for the period stated in the cookie interface, generally no longer than 13 months for optional cookies, unless a shorter period is appropriate. Security and consent records may be retained longer where necessary to demonstrate compliance or protect the Service.

7. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy when our technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions or requests can be sent to privacy@larasignal.com. For more about our handling of personal data, read our Privacy Policy.
